Delete your CashBoo account
You can delete your CashBoo account and its data at any time. CashBoo is a product of Algomise Technologies LLP.
How to request it
- In the app — the Delete Account option below the Log Out button; or
- By email — write to privacy@cashboo.in from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”.
You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion by email.
Timeline

What is deleted: your profile (name, email, photo, Google account ID), in-app data (Coin balance, reward history, game and survey activity), referral history and streaks, payout details, device list and identifiers, notification token, and support conversation history.
What we keep, and why

Your Coins. Any unredeemed Coins are forfeited when your account is deleted, and no compensation is payable. Please redeem your balance before deleting your account.
Partial deletion. You do not have to delete everything. Email privacy@cashboo.in to remove only your saved UPI ID, a single support conversation, or your notification token, while keeping your account.
After deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed, even by us. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a new account with no previous data, balance or history.
